Please be advised that Izumisano Center Hotel does not contact guests directly via WhatsApp or other personal messaging services.

Our official communications with guests are limited to messages sent through the booking website used to make your reservation or emails sent from our official hotel email address.

If you receive a suspicious WhatsApp message claiming to be from our hotel, or a message requesting personal or credit card information, please do not reply, click on any links, or provide any information.

If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if guests who receive such messages could report the phone number directly to WhatsApp. This will help us in our efforts to address and prevent further incidents.

We are currently working with WhatsApp to address this issue and prevent further occurrences.
